I would suggest Chapel Hill, in Orange County, which is home to the UNC Health Care system; or Durham, aka "The City of Medicine", home to the Duke University School of Medicine.
FYI, Chapel Hill is
lovingly referred to as "Little California" here in NC, because it is so liberal.
