If you haven't tried the Low Country Shrimper in Mauldin, do so. I love their salmon po boy. It's made with fresh salmon, so it takes a little while for them to make it since it's fresh. My parents request going there when they come visit. They love their catfish lunch special.

I have been to Low Country Shrimper.....I liked it a lot and need to go back there again soon.
