I started this thread because I did not know about Trial 2. I posted it to help other people. Period.

Like many people out there, I did not know about the Trial 2 rule.

I mistakenly remembered that she said it was new. So no, she did not say it was new. That was my incorrect recollection.

The correct recollection is that she said many agents don't tell their clients or prospective clients about the rule.

Carry on if you wish, but this thread should be closed. It's gone beyond the original point, and since there is a sticky there is no need to carry this thread any further. Discussions of anything but Trial 2 are superfluous, and was guilty of doing that myself. I've asked the mod to close the thread to avoid any further confusion.
