WTF is up with people not picking up their dog dudu!?!?! Seriously though, my friends in Boston always pick up after their dogs, but I just saw 7 huge pieces just a while ago right in front of a WARNING sign. Someone obviously can't read, or just doesn't care.

It's a shame, because I really LOVE dogs! My grandma had a Shi Tzu and I've been trying to talk my boyfriend into a Westie, but after this it's going to be even tougher!
