As you can guess, I'm a pizza junkie. We're going to try the ones recommended, then I'm going to see what it takes to open up a place. I've talked to a few of the pizzarias around here, and two guys are interested in the area. Cost of living and lack of quality competition are driving their imaginations wild.

Had Tony's in Providence- it was okay. Solid effort, but I think they have something in the water or air that makes everything doughie.

^^^I've heard from others that it's biggest problem is consistency (which is a pretty big one in the restaurant world). I've been there twice, once it was good, once it was fantastic. Give it a try again.
