Where can I find sales records by subdivision? In Florida, we just went to Property Appraiser's site and can pull down the info without bothering a realtor. Does the same capability exist in Madison/Limeston Counties? I tried searching on property assessor's site with no luck.

thanks,

Marc

This website, City-Data has these data however, I had a hard time finding it for zip 35763. I did find it for our Colorado zip 80132. Go to the main City Data page, enter a zip code, and scroll down to recent sales near an address. It Works.

Also try, Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo real estates, and Homes.com; they all have recent sale data....

Not sure if these data are broken out by subdivisions though, but with a little work you can probably figure it out.

Here's a torrent of the TV antennas and UHF and VHF coverage for the Huntsville area (good to know if you are going over the air after the conversion to high definition):

Wow --- this is the most helpful thread.
Most threads (other states/cities) don't have this much detail.

Thanks for all your hard work!

Default Midwest Non-Religious Family wanting to move to Northern Alabama

I would like to know, from anyone familiar with the area.....would we, and our children have a difficult time making friends and being welcome into the community, if we do not go to church, or follow any organized religion?
