I read through the reviews. There weren't many and several of them were regarding other doctors or, like you said, other staff. I've also learned to take some of those reviews with a grain of salt, as they are written by patients who often times don't want to be there. Not the most unbiased source.

I think short term therapy can be helpful, but long term therapy seems to be an indication that it's not working. It can become a feel good psychological crutch that accomplishes nothing, instead of giving the patient the tools that will let them handle their own issues. Anyway the OP hasn't given an indication of the problem, or even the child's age. There are many specialists for different issues.
It is amazing the damage childhood trauma can cause. Some of it can't be fixed, only managed. The rest of it takes a long time to fix.
