missik999 i just checked Gasbuddy.com and the ONLY state with an average price under 3$ a gallon is South carolina. ironic my mom is down in Hilton Head right now vacationing so she gets the most affordable gas in the nation.

When gas spiked $0.50/gal in one day a week or two ago (went from $3.31/gal to $3.87/gal overnight), they used the excuse that all of the refineries in the area were "closed for maintenance"...pffft...

lowest price is 3.14 and 3.15 with the Indy average at 3.32
