My name is Josh Sheckells I am really wanting to find more out about helping cleaning up the oil spill. I am very dependable. I am a hard worker. There is no task that is to hard for me. I will give it my all. I am use to working very long hours. Thank you very much for your time.

All depends.

$13.00 for 84 hours = $1,378/week. Sleep in the backseat of your car, spend as little as possible and send $800 to $850 a week to the wife back home. Hopefully the job lasts to December.

Besides the health risks, where are all these imported workers going to stay?

In addition to the health risks those coming from other parts of the country need to consider the horrific heat and humidity this time of year.

Especially if your not used to it.

People should only take the job if some type of healthcare benefit was offered. These people will be exposed to crude oil, who knows what their health will be like as a result of working there. It could be immediate or a few years from now.

Offer some type of health benefit to insure these workers are taken care of and then this would be sort of a good opportunity for work.
