As a retired union Carpenter and former Apprenticeship instructor I've spent quite a bit of time at the Carpenters International Training Center in Las Vegas. It is the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Aside from that I would stay in a Hilton product and prefer Hampton. I don't gamble so the casino thing means little to me. If we do a casino it's Harrah's at Tahoe.

Off strip will always have lower minimums. I'd look into Freemont Street or any of the station casinos
