Friend Marries Man with No Green Card, Asks Me to Vouch in Writing for the Validity of Their Marriage

I decided not the write letter but I am curious. Are there consequences for third-party vouching for a marriage where one party has been in the country illegally long-term?

You probably don't want to get involved with anything illegal.

By the way, I'd drop your friend if I were you. She sounds very selfish and quite frankly, she doesn't sound all that bright.

I think it's pretty cool that you sound gleeful about the prospect of your "friend" being forcefully separated from her husband by the government.
