Any legal immigrants cancelled trips to Arizona because of SB1070 (new immigration law)?

I am a legal immigrant and will not be going to Arizona. I am even ready to change my travel plans if I have a layover in Phoenix, which is the case with Southwest most of the time as that's the airline I fly with most.
Its not worth the risk at all. Even if I do carry my documents, the police will definitely not understand all the different immigration rules and regulations, the different visa types and all supporting documents. When even border security get confused (and they are supposed to know the immigration rules), its too much for local police to handle. If Arizona does get the change to pass this law, then they will definitely have to increase the police budget, as officers will need additional training in understanding immigration rules and law.
Otherwise, they will be arresting innocent people, wasting everyone's time and then being embarrassed that they arrested the wrong person, just because they were ignorant about the rules.
It may seem like popular politics to the Governor, but she has no idea that "checking documents/papers" is easy said then done.
I'm a recently naturalized citizen. In addition, I'm Hispanic and I will be traveling on top of buying goods and services from the State of Arizona to demonstrate my support. I do not want this country to become exactly like the one I left behind.

This sounds like paranoia. What do you mean by legal immigrant? Aside from the official version there are a lot of variances being used.
