What Is the area right in between the gene snyder and outer loop right on national turnpike like?
Is it safe? What's the social economic status there like?
I get the impression that its lower class/ blue collar and not a really desirable area.

Your observation is correct that it’s “not a really a desirable area”. Plus lots of airport noise and the view of the dump just south of the airport. And interstate noise from both I65 and Gene Snyder.

The OP identified the area where the Gene Snyder and I65 intersect, hence the noise comment. If heading east to GE park, then yes, less noise but that’s miles from interstate.
