Can anyone please provide me with a contractor name (contact info would be even better) who is licensed and bonded (preferably an established reliable business) which services the Orland, Bucksport, and/or Penobscot township areas.

In advance, thanks so mcuh for your recommendation.

If it were me, I'd go the opposite route. You need an approved site evaluation in order to proceed. You are going to find a contractor, then that contractor will recommend an site evaluator. If it were me, I'd find a site evaluator, get the plan approved, then ask that person for a recommended contractor. As you will see on the below link, there are a lot of choices for licensed site evaluators in the state.

Default estimate cost

What is the estimate cost of an approved site evaluation that I can expect to pay? It will be for a camp near Howland.
Thank you for any input.

Now that was just the guesstimate cost of a septic design. You even need one for an outhouse.
