I was partially joking in my previous post but would actually like to know... Are many day-laborers available? Here in Va we have mobs 20-30 hanging out at the 7-elevens in the mornings and some at the Home Depot etc. Anything similar there?
I love those guys and thought it was a US thing until I went to Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador and saw that it is what folks do there!
