For example, do you smoke weed, drink, exercise, etc to deal with life? I find that I need something most nights to feel good. And most nights it’s one of those 3 things. Now I also started wood working in my garage, but it’s not as effective as exercise or weed( puts me in a meditative state).
I find it hard to understand that a person has to have something to alter their mindset to "deal" with life itself. Stress is when too much is going on and you're trying to handle everything and you're in a hurry and things are just getting out of control. That's when you get to the root of the problem, rather than drink, smoke, or exercise it away.
Life itself is what you make it. You can make it stressful or you can make it calm and enjoyable. Jump in the driver's seat and take control of whatever it is that is causing chaos and disruption in your peace. Fix it yourself.
