The father of the man murdered for which Tono was sentenced to 20 years in prison has filled a claim. He did not know that Tono was released three years ago. This man does not know that Tono cannot go back to jail. Under the constitution, it is invalid to send a man to jail for the same crime twice.
I wonder why his nephew did not notify him of this since Victor Daniel, the nephew, has been part of this ordeal from the get go. I also wonder why the father is not wanting to know or investigate who really killed his son. Why isn't he watching the movie to see for himself why this man (Tono) claims he is not responsible of the death of which he was accused. You would think that the man would want answers and the real murderer behind bars.
