Dunno about a quarantine, or not.
But, I can tell you this...Latino's are severely over~represented in the COVID-19 industry. I'm talking about those in Sandy Eggo County. (Many cross the border twice a day, everyday.)
Currently, 61.1% of the total cases in Sandy Eggo County, are Latino. (They make up 34.5% of general pop.) That's a HUGE factor.
Something to think about...
