It's getting closer and closer.

With the car dealerships moving north of Reserve and several huge potential developments currently pushing for rezoning it won't be too long until it starts getting more filled in. There's not that many potential lots off the bypass so unless the W Valley area continues pushing into the farmland I'm guessing the 93 corridor will be built up heavily heading into 2020.

So, somebody is going to build a development on the landfill?
I would not buy land there!
Oh, and where will they establish the new landfill?
