I like stink bugs too, we haven't had an infestation though just a few come in the house. I think they are pretty and they like to land on me. One was my buddy and would sit on my shoulder every night. They are supposed to be harmless fruit and leaf juice eaters that don't bite or sting. I was holding one on my hand once and it kind of stood up with its butt down and head up high, it took its straw-like sucker beak and stuck it in my skin. Ouch. It must have thought I was a melon.
They don't bite or sting because they don't have chewing mouthparts or stingers, but neither do mosquitoes. They just puncture.
Why are they even still around? What is their purpose?
ehhhhh there are more people exposed to pit bulls than bears but if you turned 5 bears loose in the Bronx and 5 pit bulls I'd bet the bears beat the bulls in the body count!

Well, animal predators kill other animals to survive, humans kill other humans for silly reasons like the 'My God is better than your God argument'.
