Kane is quite good, it in in an industrial park and has a fair amount of seating. Carton, Magnify and Brix are all worth a visit.
Icarus in Lakewood is to notch, they have a nice room with vinyl playing and a foodctruck outside. Great suds especially if you like hoppy pale ales and stouts.
Toms River Brewery specializes in less hoppy british isles stuff. Its ok, formerly Ruin Duin(?).
Backward Flag Brewery in Forked River combines good suds with a patriotic flavor.
Pinelands Brewery in Little Egg Harbor, like many, in an industrial park is worth a visit.
Only been there once and had one beer but Heavy Reel in Seaside Heights seems decent.
Conclave in Flemington was real good on my one visit.

Climax Brewing Co. - Roselle Park (I think they are only open for tours and tastings on Fri evenings for a few hours)
