Before I add more areas, some more information that may put things into perspective, the median household income for NY State is $57,683, it is $97,049 for Nassau County(highest in the state and about 8th in the country) and $87,778 for Suffolk County. More census tracts that roughly(meaning median HH incomes in at least the mid 70,000's) meet the criteria mentioned above.
