Ohio has the lowest auto insurance rates of the 50 states and Washington, DC. According to the article, this is due to a competitive insurance market and safe drivers.

Well yeah, the moment you drive out of Ohio you immediately have to go into save defensive driving mode lol.
The worst I've seen is driving in Brazil. It's so bad you can only drive 3 days a week and have to carpool the other days because they don't want that many drivers on the road lol.

I went from paying $415/year to $605/year for full coverage, I think everyone else had their rates go up too.
