WinCo has entered the market and the Moore location is under construction and the first OKC location is set within the next couple of months. The Moore location should be open by January I believe.

Moore location

First OKC location

Here is a map to all of their planned locations that should be open by summer 2017.

Note 4 and 2 are the first ones to break ground.

10,000 seat arena for the state fairgrounds.

This will replace the old arena and expand the barns for the horse shows which are apparently a huge economic boost for Oklahoma City.

That expo hall shown in the top left of the map that shows the layout is part of MAPS 3 new building for the state fair.

Trader Joe's opened its first OKC location on the 23rd. It is in Nichols Hill which is pretty much in the urban core.

But OKC barely moved the needle from 2014 to 2015 when the oil slowdown had just begun. How do you know OKC is growing now from 2016 to 2017? I assume the 5 million increase there is only estimated.

METRO AREA , and become a boom town " I Will Be Watching with baited breathe ' for this
