Yesterday I saw two Latin men riding ATVs down a public road. Is this a thing now? Or just something that I saw once.

It's been a thing for a while. They ride up and down East Colonial in gangs, running red lights, etc. It's annoying as hell. How law enforcement is unable to put an end to this is beyond me.

Looks to be that this behavior is the result of "Hurricane Maria".

They were actually just well-tanned Irish-Italians. Brothers named Anthony and Joseph O'Malley. Great guys, if you ever need a ride just let them know and they'll happily bring you anywhere you need within reason.
