Yup, and Cinderella did NOTHING to improve her situation (unlike the Ever After version) and sang songs to mice until she got rescued.

Sleeping Beauty, is a great allegory for the dangers of talking to strangers. But hey, she was BEAUTIFUL, so its all good.

I love the little mermaid, my all time fav disney music, and story in second only to Lilo and Stitch (two of the worst behaved children even depicted in movies), but look at it now. All of her time was spent trying to get the prince to make out with her. I never really thought about it but most of the Disney princess don't really have any redeeming characteristics beyond looks. Ariel was a nice girl, pretty, good singing voice but a bit obsessive compulsive, plus she was really hung up on Erics looks. Cinderella was basically a moron. Princess Jasmine dressed a little skanky (nothing on Pocahontas tho) but at least she was feisty. Mulan has some stealing an lying issues. Love those movies one and all.

Can we play the game now where the characters from Gilligan's island are the seven deadly sins and Gilligan is the devil?
