Heartbreaking ending to a terrific season, but the Panthers simply showed tonight and by their regular season record that they're an exceptional team.

I love my Cards and am looking forward to next season.

Been a fan for decades, loved Jake the Snake way back when. This loss hurts. Not like the SB, but it was a miserable disaster of a game.

As I watched them this year, it become increasingly obvious we needed a more mobile QB. We also missed the heck out of Tyrann. We are not the same team without him. They would never have gotten off to that start with him in there, I don't think. It all might have been different.

Go Broncos! Manning is another one who needs to quit, but he doesn't choke like Palmer.

It was a depressing end to the season for sure. After the last couple games I was worried about this one but thought it might be close. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this but Palmer just doesn't have what it takes to lead this team or play good in clutch games. Yes I'm sure his finger is still messed up but it was also hurt during the first Packers game where he had a great game. We need to pick up a good free agent QB this summer as our back ups aren't any better. With that said this game wasn't all on Palmer, the whole team didn't show up. There were mistakes all around including some questionable offensive play calling but I guess it's easier to be an arm chair critic. Lets hope next year turn out better.

Bettcher needs to go to. The D was a shadow of its former self under him.

That was sad. I was hoping the Cards would win.

Palmer is signed for 2 more years with a high cap number. They can't cut him and sign Osweiler because of the money. They would have to draft a QB at 29 because that would be much cheaper than out bidding the Broncos.

Palmer aside, the Panthers were just a stronger team. Hate to see the season end on such a sour note, but this team hadn't been playing well. Look at the last three games: Seattle - L; Green Bay - W, (barely) and Carolina - L. Our secondary got torched!

Sad but inevitable, Carolina was in great shape, Cards were, well what can you say, they should have in the 2nd have put in another QB. Palmer just didn't have it today. I also think they should have gone back there early enough to practice in the Carolina weather and not the 75 degrees we had here in Phoenix. That may have made a difference.
I'm rooting for Manning and the Broncos, but have a gut feeling the Panthers will do the same to them as they did to the Cardinals, whup 'em. Though I'd like to see Manning go out on top as this will more than likely be his last season before retiring.
