She says expect one more month of 105f weather per year soon.
It won't be impossible to live in AZ, but it's about to get much harder.

Default growth

At this point its better not to grow so fast anymore. The new people are not the same as the old people and it just results in a lot more problems. Arizona will be a lot better off if growth flattens out and becomes limited.

And yet most experts were yacking about how the cold places and hot places would shift around due to global warming where currently hot places would get colder and currently cold places getting warmer.

Hard to trust anyone on this regardless of how credible their data may seem.
