how does "play of light" sound to everyone??? can be dramatic play of light or subtle play of light.

thank you! a tad-bit embarrassing but builds my confidence that I could win 2x! someday I might just take a great photo!

here is what mesmerized me while hiking in Alaska...how the light played on the mountains in just tiny spots or strips of areas, it was in constant motion due to the rain and clouds!

I love the idea for the theme, Bonnie...
Here are a couple more with that forced perspective concept and I played around with that concept throughout the day (my corneas hate me...but I loved the idea).

I liked the this shot from full shade to full sunlight on the fountain. Just getting interested in photography since I retired. So I have a lot to learn.
I did sign up for a class (Photography for Beginners) at the local Junior College, starts in 2 weeks. Hopefully it will help.
