The Baltimore City Police Department started its gun buyback program Monday and said they were able to purchase more than 500 firearms from residents. LE are allegedly trained to handles guns. That's why.
Yet they frequently have negligent discharges, shoot other officers by mistake, shoot civilians by mistake, miss their intended target over, and over, etc. Some LEO's belong to my gun club. Many are safe, and competent, but there are some that aren't, and when they show up, I leave.

Only if she bought the gun illegally by not going through the proper paperwork or lives in a state where no paperwork is required for a private sale.
