Women who undergo IVF DO give birth

Yes and to no avail. I also used fertility drugs.

I have one biological child, and one who is adopted. My son was born in my 30s.

Here are two more optimistic outcomes for you - One friend after having two children, a boy and a girl, divorced. She remarried at 39, and two years later had a daughter.

Another married at 40, wanted children but didn't expect any. She was surprised when she had two healthy boys, after which she had a tubal ligation.

My sister got married at age 39 (her husband is the same age). They wanted a baby and weren't having any
luck so they did a round of IVF which did not succeed. She got pregnant naturally and gave birth to a son at age 42.

She said she thought acupuncture helped her. Not sure if she had that mesotherapy (I don't know what that is).

I have to wonder why there are so many *warnings* about having a baby after 35 when it seems like most women well into their 40's have healthy kids and stay healthy themselves. What am I missing? I had my kids at 35 and 37 and was considered high risk because of my age. Maybe this should be updated?

Well, giving birth to the first child after 35-40 years is really difficult, because the body has its own margin of safety, its own reserve of resources. Therefore, late pregnancy is a risk group. The vessels are already losing their tone, blood clots form somewhere, the first varicose veins may appear. Of course, you can give birth after 35, but you need medical advice, during pregnancy you need to be very careful, maintain your health, wear compression stockings if you have varicose veins. I would recommend looking at compression stockings here https://top-mom.com/best-compression...for-pregnancy/, because they are suitable not only to fight edema, but also to protect blood vessels, during pregnancy, the load is on legs increase significantly.

I can't agree that giving birth at age of 35-40 is really difficult, as each case is individual. In many cases, women aged 30-45 have good ovarian reserve and can conceive naturally without any issues. More than that, women might boost their chances of getting pregnant by having acupuncture or mesotherapy treatment to ovaries. However, in more advanced maternal age, 50-55, IVF DE might be needed, and giving birth might be more difficult.

I'm not talking about the possibility of conception, but about the body's reserves for carrying a pregnancy. After 30, the elasticity of joints and ligaments decreases, and many women develop osteochondrosis. Much also depends on the lifestyle.
