Update: Baby was born tonight, at 41 weeks, 2 days, at 8:48 pm. She is 8 pounds 10 ounces and perfectly healthy, despite the fears from the high fluid levels. Yay! After 29 hours on pitocin, I'm exhausted, but still waiting for baby to come back from her bath. She was able to nurse about 20 minutes after birth (docs had to suction her first due to meconium in the fluid), and she nurses like a pro already!
Yeeeeeyyyy!!! Congratulations! Wow. . BigGER baby. She wasn't done cookin' I see. 29 hours of pitocin? My goodness, that must have been rough. Good to hear the nursing is going well too! You two get some rest and enjoy
aaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!! she is simply beautiful! Looks like a little baby model! little sweetheart. congratulations on your adorable little bundle!
btw, you should print out this thread and add it to her baby book....it'd be fun to look over as years go by.
She is so adorable and she looks so alert too. I bet she is going to hate her cheeks in a few years as everyone is going to want to pinch them. I know my oldest hates hers for that reason.
Oh, what an adorable baby! Congratulations to you! Looks like she is doing wonderful! I hope Mom is doing well, too!!
