darnit, Chas just went from "generally well-informed frequent buyer/seller with some insights that are good for equally qualified buyers/sellers" to apparently recently getting involved in a purchase/sale where the only thing the 2 agents involved were interested in was their check. And now he's applying that idea to somewhere between "all", "almost every", and "most" agents.

It's too bad.
