The latest renderings look amazing too. If anybody thinks a better development plan by any developer period is going to ever materialize then they are living in a pipe-dream. These renderings look to give vibrancy to the area and the architecture I see in the renderings look really good.

Thanks for the renderings. It looks pretty good. I welcome the replacement of all those surface lots, which are such a poor use of that space.
The only disappointment is that the public space cannot be included in Phase 1. I know there are logistics and financing that need to be properly prioritized, but that part of the plan is a critical component to ensuring success and further development of the plan IMO.

Not a problem AJ!
And yes I agree. The public space has to be done. That is a very important piece of the puzzle.

if you want rochester to grow as a city and compete on a global stage... you have to build it up and develop it. being conversative about the city and keeping everything the same will only lead to it's downfall. rochester is close to a world class city - toronto. if ROC can't hold it's own, people will up and leave for TO

Leaving for a foreign country isn't so easy. To get into Canada, you need a job lined up or piles of money. You can't just show up and expect them to hand you a job. It doesn't work that way. It's much more difficult to go to Canada and stay than it used to be. Coming to the US is a piece of cake compared to Canada.
Not to mention....how many people really leave ROC for Canada? I have family in ROC....the only one who is in Canada has been there since his brother was drafted during Vietnam. His brother sent him there so he would be safe. He hasn't moved back since! This was decades ago when you could get into Canada easily and they weren't handing you back over to the US to serve your draft.
