Thanks, all of you for the pics. I miss the view from my backyard of the mountains, especially after it snowed. I also miss my orange tree, so that pic of the orange was special!
There's good and bad in all places. You make of it what you want.

While driving north on Interstate 15 I took this photo of Bass Pro in Rancho Cucamonga with the San Gabriel Mountains beyond. A clear day thanks to the Santa Anas. However, as I took this photo yesterday, 11/17/2008, behind me not visible was smoke from the fires burning in Corona and Yorba Linda. The Santa Anas can be a mixed blessing...

What exactly do you need? I live in the Temecula area and I am a photographer. Temecula Photographer and Portrait Murrieta Photographer Amy Dawnelle . The IE is a pretty big place. Do you need landscapes or what?

Having never been there, and considering a move to socal, I would like to be able to get a feel for the place. Neighborhoods...good, bad and inbetween (with the neighborhood name), views, vistas, etc.

Thanks for the offer.

Thanks to all who posted pictures of the area. Your pride in your neighborhood shows and I think that's awesome! Hey, us old timers have seen boom and bust economies before and they're gonna happen in the future. Don't be down on your hometown because of the headlines, just enjoy it!

The Inland Empire looks very nice. I had always though it was a suburban version of Watts talking to my friends in Los Angeles. I especially liked the pictures in Chino and Chino Hills. Does anyone have any photos of Temecula, Riverside, or Rancho Cucamonga? How are the public education systems in the Inland Empire compared to Ocean County?
