I know the inner east bay such as Oakland, Fremont, and Richmond is considered one of the most diverse places in the Bay Area. I get the impression that the Northern Outer East Bay such as Pittsburgh, Antioch, and Concord is mostly Hispanic, the central part such as Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, and Danville are more white and the Southern part of San Ramon, Dublin, and Pleasonton are Asian basically similar to Fremont or Cupertino.

(East) Dublin's Asian community has been growing tremendously in recent years. I wouldn't be surprised if the entire city was 30% by now.

LOL Wrong. Also Concord is very surprising how Diverse it's become. When we first moved to the Bay Area 20 years ago we looked out there because it was cheap and all we saw were whites. Going out there recently I saw such a diverse mix of people it was pretty nice to see. Lots of Blacks seem to have moved to Concord in recent years.

Probably because of it's proximity to the Silicon Valley but there's a lot of over development in that city. Its starting to resemble Orange County. I was shocked how white many of those cities are most people outside the Bay Area assume the East Bay is the most diverse region of California.

Concord has a reputation for being ghetto but I could see it becoming gentrified. Especially with the Naval Yards Redevelopment which will add 25k people mostly upper middle class.
