Don't hotels keep their restaurants open every day? Or am I wrong about that? And I think I remember seeing something about Bishop's Lodge having a Christmas Brunch?
Las Fuentes Restaurant & Bar at Bishop's Lodge is open for Christmas dinner. Special menu for the buffet includes roasted pheasant, snapper, lamb chops, salmon, oysters, southwestern ratatouille and carving stations for Roasted Turkey with Chipotle Wild Mushroom Gravy and Beef Wellington with Green Peppercorn Bearnaise Sauce.
The Christmas Buffet will be served from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, December 25. Reservations are required. The cost of the buffet is $49 per person, $39 for seniors and $19 for children 5 and up.
Also, Rancho de Chimayo (about 20 minutes from Santa Fe) will be open for Christmas dinner, serving traditional New Mexico fare. See ranchodechimayo.com.
