I have finally learned how to make really good potato salad! At long last I got it right... it tastes just like Mom's!

Now I have to write down the recipe so I don't forget what I just did. That would be a tragedy.

Bacon sandwich. Oh, and a diet coke. Didn't feel like cooking anything difficult. This was a simple as they come.

Hah! I got the bacon part. Just couldn't picture bacon and bread. That actually sounds pretty darned good. I like a blt also.

I actually fried up enough bacon so I could make a couple more sandwiches in the morning. I'm headed up to Bowman North Dakota with 6, horse drawn wagons, surrys, sleds, sleighs, etc. We've refurbished them completely and they are now headed for auction.
