One thing though: the cold South Dakota weather keeps the riff-raff out!

I can handle the SD cold - it's the MN cold I want no part of! THAT takes a special breed!

LOL!!!!

Honestly, I've been sitting here, watching Sioux Falls through the Falls Park Tower Webcam, and feeling wistful about the snow. Here in Western Washington, we have 2 seasons -- wet, and the other three days of the year! I miss having four seasons. It's probably the thing that I miss most about "back home".

And now the webcam is down because of the cold! Hope they get it back up soon. I love looking at the lights all over the park this time of year.

We're going to get cold and windy here this weekend and into next week, but we don't get much snow here on the coast. Oh well.

Yea, and it's heading this way. Sioux Falls may luck out and just get an inch or two of snow though. It doesn't look like we'll be that fortunate.

Probably Hawaii. Their climate rarely ever changes from the upper 70s to upper 80s.

I guess that Hawaii would be humid in spots. There are some areas in Hawaii that receive a ton of rain. Some other areas have the stereotypical placid and sunny weather.
