Any update, Bigfoot? Hope you're doing well with the melatonin, or better still, just sleeping well on your own.

Before seeing the responses here, I had no idea there were so many with sleep issues. I seem to be the only one in my circle. Advice is normally, "Relax". Much easier to relax when one is well rested, I always say.
