Many articles online put Cranberry Juice if drinking everyday for many years will give you Kidney stones.
You might want to google that up.
I thought it was strange, since it suppose to help your urinary system.

I drink the Cranbery Juice, no sugar one. It taste bitter but it really help with the UTI, urinary tract infections.

For UTIs, might want to check into d-mannose. The bacteria supposedly clings to the molecules and washes it out of the system.

I drink cranberry juice for gum health.

Basically sugar-water......probably not too good IMHO. Maybe if used for a limited time....to treat a specific condition!

Health benefits of cranberry juice include relief from urinary tract infection, respiratory disorders, stones, cancer and heart disease. This juice is very rich in antioxidants, vitamin c, salicyclic acid. It fits very well for the health guidelines and weight loss.
