There was also someone that said the fans are loud. I just assumed with an SSD, there would not be a fan. My iPad doesn't have one. Is there fan noise with this?
There was enough feedback from customers on the Yoga keyboard for Lenovo to make significant changes on the Thinkpad Yoga.

I carry a dumb phone. (feature phone)

I want to be able to pull the tablet out of my pocket and use it for other purposes also, but for total amount of time it is an audiobook player.

iPads are more for people:

-Who need something simpler to use
-Who don't mind opening up their wallets and spending more
-Who want the best user experience IMO (iOS is very fluid and everything works well together)
-Want something "hip" or "trendy"

I own an iPad mainly because I am a tech geek and and apple geek

In your opinion, yes.

But the general populace has determine them as this. That's what I was referring to. Some not too intelligent people only buy an iPad/iPod/iPhone to look cool.

There are tablets for the same price that do the same thing...the only difference is the platform and name.

That may be true, but regardless of table brand, what keeps its market value is the customer.

Yeah. I tend to agree with this, and I love iPads and apple products.

Apple products are no longer in the sole domain of creatives and artists.
They have become very common place, as many people realize that they so easy to use.

This is a myth started by people that do not "get" how nice tablets are.
NO ONE buys a tablet, iPad or other, to "look cool". Maybe, I might concede, maybe a small minority of people did when the very first one was announced. So tired of people saying this and my other favorite "people buy them as status symbols".
Simply not true at all...
