Well, it's January 9 and it looks like we may have some tornado watches or warnings by tomorrow in NE Texas.

511 reports thanks to the public now able to report severe weather easily.. Probably saved some lives.

Unfortunately the Deaths came from mobile homes just in the wrong spot without any shelter.

Here is a video of the large tornado hitting Nashville Tennessee tonight. Notice the cranes on the left getting moved by the inflow into the tornado.

We have friends that moved from Indianapolis to the east side of Nashville last year. There is a lot of damage around but they are thankfully ok.

This is the life saver in severe storms. You should have multiple forms of warning including free alert texts sent to your phone....but this is a must. Do you have one?

Ouch indeed. Mom was never so sure that we'd be directly hit as she was then. It literally just missed us, and we were lucky to even have no outages and no more yard/field debris than a few sticks. (I live between Baxter and Buffalo Valley.)
