Australian billionaire is all set to build Titanic II
The full replica of the doomed luxury liner will set sail in 2027 although tickets are not available, yet.
It will feature state of the art navigation system and enough lifeboats.
Otherwise, though, the plan is to make it as exact as possible, with grand staircases; 835 cabins over nine decks (for 2,345 passengers) and first, second, and third/steerage class cabins.
The third class will be served stew and mash in communal areas, they’ll have delousing for third-class passengers, just as the original vessel did.

The billionaire is funding the project himself and has plenty of $$$ to finish the project.

Trivia:
- in every room there’ll be a little panel that will tell you the history of the person who occupied your cabin

- everyone will get a costume so that they can come up to dinner, and it will be a real experience for them

- the ship, he says, will reflect traditional values

- he expects the winning bidders to be based in Europe. He doesn’t believe Chinese standards are up to the task.

TBH - Clive Palmer has a chequered history and has announced this project in the past only for it never reach fruition, so I wouldn't hold your breath in terms of this latest announcement.

At first I thought the thread read “Titan” (as in the submersible) rather than Titanic and nearly spat my food out
