This is exactly what I believe. I also don't see any strange things John said. They were falsely accused and faced prison--how scary is that. Of course he would want to keep talking about it to set the record straight.
They were somehow "in" on whatever it was. Details are hidden. Whether an intruder did it and it was someone who they were "in" with whom they had to protect, or whether they let the person in themselves, it must have been a porno ring and JonBenet was getting "visited." It was child abuse at the very least.
I never considered a porno ring ever. It seemed so ludicrous to me, but not sure how I think about it now. I guess it would be possible and would explain how the parents would be forced to cover up the crime--they would have been outed. I don't see the mother involved though so not sure how that scenario would have worked.

I think the death occurred on Christmas Eve because it was the Big Night - Daddy was going to go all the way as his personal Christmas treat.

I have a hard time believing a stranger got her willingly down into the basement. I have an harder time believing someone random person murderer and instead of taking the body with them, took it in the basement. I think the murderer was someone she knew or someone the parents told to go with. I wouldn't even be surprised if John or Patsy actually did it. It's not my go to theory, but it possible.

There are the other side of things not that I really believe it. Interesting though this guy was jailed for selling drugs from Mexico and may have known or been apart of the perps that enter the Ramsey`s house and planned for the demanded money.

Even if they were in the house the whole time undetected (entering, during, and leaving) by the Ramseys and their nearest neighbors, why didn't they take the body with them? If their goal was soley money? They would have gotten money for the corpse.
With this thread being close to 2000 posts I bet most people do not take the time to read all the posts. I know that I have skipped over many myself.
