Yes, we all wish you a speedy recovery Subie!

If there is one thing people could change about the weather in Tucson, most votes would probably go towards turning the temp down in the summer. Other than that, what would you like more/less of....? More clouds? Longer monsoon season? More cloudy days? Less/more daylight?

can't do anything about the weather, MDCB.....please stop fretting and if you decide on Tucson over PDX, I'm sure you'll make the best of it....UMC is an excellent hospital, the girls are pretty, the bars are rockin', the jogging paths are nice, the golf courses are legendary, the air is warm and dry (except in July and August), there are people you can practice Spanish on, there are a couple Banana Republics, blah, blah......

let us know where you decide on.....

LOL! Thanks azdr0710!

I ranked Tucson #1 on my surgery list. I put Portland at #2. I hope I get into my #1 choice. I will know for sure next month!

"there are a couple Banana Republics..." haha...now I am embarrassed.

Just curious if anyone else is debating the SE (i.e. Tucson, Phoenix, Vegas) vs. PNW (Seattle, Portland)?

Thanks all for the help! I will be moving to Portland next year!

I appreciate the help and will definitely be visiting Tucson when I need some sun!
