Well, I'll be darned! I read the article and found this:
The first rail to bus conversion occurred on September 1, 1924 when the Riverview car line was replaced.
So no wonder my dad never talked about it. He was just a kid himself when it changed over to bus. I also notice the article spoke of inter-city routes, not intra-city service, so it is possible there never was streetcar service around Beaver Falls. I never saw any evidence of any streetcar lines. FWIW.
Katiana, I did a bit more research and found a link to a book titled "Ghost Rails III" - Electrics of the Upper Ohio Valley and the Youngstown and Ohio River Railroad. The book was written by a resident of South Beaver Township and has written several books about the railroads and streetcars in that region. I emailed the author and asked him if Beaver Falls ever had streetcars, this is his reply: "BF had traction 1891- 1938; Ghost Rails III covers part of it along with the incline in BF that interchanged with BVT. Ghost rails IV at printer now also covers part of it as I tell the history of the Marginal RR in BF. Actually there were 3 different streetcar lines in the city."

Wow! Thanks, seattlerain. This is all very interesting to me. I do not remember my dad talking about any of this stuff. He used to talk about some sort of public transit from the city (BF) to Darlington, PA, which he used to take when he went to help on the farm.
