That's really not relevant as they can be used very effectively to kill. Remember when you set a precedent for one thing it can be applied to others later. Charging people because they are victimized by criminals is not constitutional.

We're going to have to wait until Kleck's paper is re-issued before we can start looking at numbers.

The CDC numbers are valid for the states used.

Ok guys...I've asked before. Keep this discussion focused on the Vermont legislation. If the discussion continues to be a general gun control debate then it needs to be taken elsewhere on this forum. Thanks.
