Assuming these guys had no INTENTION of being hurtful then NO WAY.
First of all, that is "Louisiana" in a derogatory tone? Mimicking the accent? Big deal.
Secondly, I don't get the context of the ants. (It's the LSU Tigers, right...anything else related to ants besides fire ants?)
Also, I'm assuming those guys did NOT have hurtful intentions and were just joking around.

Going to work used to be fun and you could joke around and anyone can always tell if someone is deliberately trying to be hurtful: tone, body language, context, others in the room who can hear what's being said, volume, etc. Not anymore. We have HR Nazi bimbos listening in on anything that is said due to the hyper litigious victim ideology society we live in.
