Complaint: Caller reporting chipotle Restaurant employees not using gloves.
Consulted into the P1C Derrick Morton at time of inspection. Not aware of the complaint.
Discussed gloves usage when handling Ready to eat food; cutting lettuce and chips.
Observed salad employees wearing gloves when handling RTE food at time of inspection.
To notify complainant of findings.

The outside dumpster area and equipment clean and maintained.
Public Restroom was clean at inspection.
Facility is clean and maintained.
All foods are prepared fresh, no date marking needed.
Foods were properly labeled.
Hair and gloves restraints are in use when employees are handling food.
Hand wash sinks were available and functional.
The following TCS foods temperature obtained; Cut tomato = 41° I, mild salsa = 41° F, Hot salsa = 41° F, Corn = 40°F, Shredded beef = 146° F, Shredded pork = 140° F.
Noted no critical violation @ time of inspection.

Discussed with VIR that every PIC or shift manager is required to be Certified ServSafe.
